Abstract

¸ñÀû: ÀΰøÄ¡ÀÇ Ç¥¸é󸮰¡ 3D ÇÁ¸°Æà ÀÇÄ¡»ó·¹Áø°úÀÇ Àü´Ü°áÇÕ°­µµ¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ¾Ë¾Æº¸°í ÀÓ»óÀû¿ë¿¡ ÀÖ¾î Âü°íÇϱâ À§ÇÔÀÌ´Ù.

Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: 3D ÇÁ¸°Æà ÀÇÄ¡»ó·¹ÁøÀ» 3D ÇÁ¸°Å͸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ½ÃÆíÀ» Á¦ÀÛÇÏ¿´°í, ÀΰøÄ¡ÀÇ Ç¥¸é󸮴 sandblasting, ÇÁ¶óÀ̸ÓÀÇ Àû¿ë À¯¹«¿¡ µû¶ó 5 °¡Áö ±ºÀ¸·Î ³ª´©¾î, °¢ ±º¸¶´Ù 10°³¾¿ ÁøÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. °á°ú: Æò±ÕÀü´Ü°áÇÕ°­µµ´Â Ç¥¸é ó¸® ÇÏÁö ¾ÊÀº ±º¿¡¼­ °¡Àå ³·Àº °ªÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»¾úÀ¸¸ç, ÇÁ¶óÀÌ¸Ó Ã³¸®ÇÑ ±º¿¡¼­ À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô ³ôÀº °á°ú °ªÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù (P < .05). ¶ÇÇÑ ÇÁ¶óÀÌ¸Ó Ã³¸®ÇÑ ±º¿¡¼­ ´ëºÎºÐ ÀÀÁýÆÄÀýÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: 3D ÇÁ¸°Æà ÀÇÄ¡»ó·¹Áø¿¡ ÀΰøÄ¡¸¦ °áÇÕ ½Ã ÀΰøÄ¡ÀÇ ±â°èÀû¡¤È­ÇÐÀû Ç¥¸é󸮴 Àü´Ü°áÇÕ°­µµ¸¦ Áõ°¡½ÃÄÑ 3D ÇÁ¸°Æà ¹æ½ÄÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ÀÇÄ¡¸¦ Á¦ ÀÛÇÒ °æ¿ì ±â°èÀû¡¤È­ÇÐÀû Ç¥¸é󸮸¦ ÅëÇØ ÀΰøÄ¡ÀÇ Å»¶ôÀ» ÁÙÀÏ ¼ö ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, ƯÈ÷ sandblasting °ú ÇÁ¶óÀ̸Ӹ¦ ó¸®ÇÏ´Â ¹æ¹ýÀÌ ÃßõµÈ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the shear bond strength of 3D printing denture base resin according to surface treatment of artificial teeth.

Materials and methods: 3D printing denture base resin was fabricated as specimens using 3D printer. The experimental group divided the surface treatment of artificial teeth into five groups according to the application of sandblasting and primer (n=10). Shear bond strengths between denture base and artificial teeth were measured by universal testing machine. All measurements were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Turkey test (¥á=.05). Fracture mode of each specimen was analyzed. Microscopic evaluation was conducted by using a scanning electron microscope.

Results: Unsurfaced treated group represented the lowest value. The primer groups had significantly higher result values (P<.05). Most specimens of the primer groups had cohesive failure.

Conclusion: In 3D printing denture base resin group, mechanical and chemical surface treatment of artificial teeth has increased the shear bond strength. Therefore, if dentures are produced using 3D printing, proper mechanical and chemical treatment of artificial teeth is necessary for adhesion of dentures and artificial teeth.
